I thought I lost my dream car. I had to go to an appointment and was on my way back to buy it but someone was going to buy it before I got there. Darren texted me immediately. Being someone who dislikes car shopping, in part due to pushy salesman who's only interest is pushing any car I merely glance at, have questions about or test drive, I found Darren to be the opposite. I went back to Klein Honda three of four times, and Darren happily answered my questions and brought each car over so I could test drive them with zero sales pressure (unlike what I experienced at Marysville Honda). After 2 weeks of searching, I decided to go back and see Darren to assist with my purchase. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would happily seek out Darren again to assist with another car purchase.
