My uncle was a wholesaler and I started out scrubbing interiors on the weekends during school and summers I learned reconditioning for retail/wholesale. After school ended I learned sales and finance while taking night school and grew our book for seven years straight year after year record increases/loyalty. My passion was lead generation and as it turns out I was right to believe the power it would have and so I started an in-house organic marketing department within the dealership and grew that business until it was unstoppable. I spearheaded the launch of an entire dealership from the ground up, literally sale of property, construction, signing up banks, full service department, parts and claims department, training programs, Human Resources and implementing policy and procedures handbook. After time I was groomed for General Management and Major Accounts/Corporate/Fleet sales and successfully took one location to a multi-location in three states within a seven year period.
