If we could leave zero stars, we would. We bought our car in July 2024 and after that it was like we didn't exist. I can say this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We bought our car in July 2024 and after that it was like we didn't exist. I can say this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It took 4 times for them to clean the car correctly after purchasing. When they called us to get the plates put on the car, they never gave us our registration sticker (which resulted in me getting a ticket), they have not fixed the issues the car had before purchasing, within the first 2 days of having the vehicle, the windshield wiper fluid stopped working and they just topped it off, then 3 days later it stopped working again, we find that there is a hole in the reservoir, they take 2 months to replace it. They have had a very lackadaisical attitude towards service/preexisting issues with the vehicle. To say we regret buying the car from them is an understatement. We will never purchase a car from them again, nor recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
