David, our s had an absolutely amazing experience at Dover Honda! From start to finish, everything was smooth, pleasant, and truly customer focused. David, our salesman, was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful without being pushy—something that was very important to us. His knowledge of Hondas is impressive, and he took such great care of us throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our new purchase. David even met us at 5:30 PM on his day off and had everything prepared and ready to go. That level of dedication is rare, and we appreciated it more than we can say. We also signed our finance papers with Heather, who was just as amazing. She was a true pleasure to work with—warm, professional, and extremely thorough. Heather took the time to explain everything in detail, making the process easy to understand and stress-free. She genuinely cares about her customers, and her beautiful spirit truly shines through.
