My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Dave Biolo is a great salesman and their management team/finance team are great. Smooth and easy process all while being treated with total respect a Dave Biolo is a great salesman and their management team/finance team are great. Smooth and easy process all while being treated with total respect and concern for providing a safe car for myself and family. On January 8, 2024 I gave Hoffman Toyota’s salesman a $1000 depositby credit card toward the purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to arrive in the next $1000 depositby credit card toward the purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to arrive in the next couple of months with the option of declining to purchase upon inspection of the vehicle when it arrived. On February 26, I emailed the salesman to tell him that I was no longer interested in the car and to please return my deposit. When I called the salesman, he was rude and hung up on me. I emailed two of the managers of the dealership at two different times and my emails were ignored. More
