When we chose to purchase, it was clear what the numbers were; they even identified an additional rebate for us. They found the vehicles matching our specs and got it to the dealership! Dave in finance walked us through the add-ons (extended warranty, etc.), but there was no pressure to buy them. With Him, I was able to test-drive and get a pre-purchase inspection. In addition, Derek allowed me to defer payment for 1 week. I have been to almost all the Japanese car dealers in Tucson, but Derek at Lexus Tucson provided the best experience, and I was able to get a reliable car while still in school.
