This was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. On the way home from the show, we stopped at our local Toyota dealer (Kenny Ross in Moon Township). We were met with excellent service from both the salesman and General Manager. We were very pleased with the available choices on the lot, and extremely pleased with the price and the overall buying experience. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we received a call from the General Manager when we were arranging our financing. He informed us of a 0% financing offer from Toyota which had just begun. The whole Kenny Ross buying experience was very positive for us. We will not hesitate to recommend this dealer to others, and will surely be repeat customers ourselves. More

David treated me with respect and was honest about the whole experience. I was pre-approved from my bank for what I thought was an unbelievable rate and David asked me that if his finance guy, Stephen, could beat my rate would I buy the van today.Stephen took 5 minutes and beat the rate by A lot! The whole experience was very enjoyable! This is my 4th brand new Toyota, all from different dealers. I have been told by other dealers that "It's a Toyota and that's what they cost" when I attempted to haggle for any kind of discount!! Kenny Ross was nothing like that at all! David understood that!
