Do not buy a car from this place. I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang GT in the first week of December, and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had. At the time of sale, I was promised that the driver-side door cap would be fixed, but more than two weeks later, there has been absolutely no follow-up or communication, even after multiple attempts to reach them. I was also told the car would be delivered on a trailer, but instead it was driven to me without any notice, which was not what was agreed upon. Shortly after purchase, I discovered that the front passenger-side wheel is cracked on the inside, causing a constant air leak. This is a serious safety issue that should never have been missed before selling the vehicle. Even worse, less than two weeks after purchase, the engine developed a misfire. After inspection, I was told the intake manifold needs to be replaced, resulting in about $3,000 in repair costs. The car was advertised as having a Pre-Delivery Inspection, but with a cracked wheel, an engine misfire, and a major repair needed almost immediately, it’s clear the vehicle was not properly inspected. Once the sale was completed, communication completely stopped, and I was left dealing with expensive repairs on my own.
