My wife and I just purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership. While the buying experience was exceptional , the service that followed was unprofessional and to be frank unacceptable. From the time dealership. While the buying experience was exceptional , the service that followed was unprofessional and to be frank unacceptable. From the time we drove my wife’s Q5 off the lot we kept feeling the vehicle veering right and the tire pressure in the front right tire was constantly losing pressure. We brought the vehicle in twice and was told “ there’s nothing wrong with your vehicle “. We were told if the problem persists ( after service did nothing but put air in the tire) to make yet another appointment , another day off from work. Finally after bringing the vehicle in the 3rd time we were taken for a test drive with a tech named Brian, within 30 seconds Brian could see there was an issue. After examining the vehicle he confirmed that the tire was faulty and the alignment off. This leads me to believe the vehicle was never inspected prior to delivery nor was it properly inspected the two other times we brought it in and told “ nothings wrong”. Finally and only after Brian did a thorough , professional inspection of our vehicle was our issue resolved. Brian should be commended for the courteous , professional way he conducts himself and for the thoroughness in which he performs his job. As for David he acts polite while speaking to you in a very condescending manner. He acts like he’s doing us a favor rather than the job he is paid to do . For my wife and I to take three days off from work to resolve a simple issue and to be spoken down to as if we’re making this up by David is very disappointing to say the least. We are first time Audi buyers and have reservations about ever doing so again just based on our experience , with the exception of Brian. I hope you don’t take these reviews lightly and understand that the dealership only survives because of the consumer and their loyalty and expectations of service. I’m quite sure David would not appreciate losing multiple days pay as my wife did due to incompetence. Respectfully Andrew and Tina. More
