While within warranty, i would get a alert on my dash that would say "Transmission Emergency Run" and car would act weird, but once i turned the car off and turn it back on, the error would go away. I took a picture of the dash when this would happen and reach out to Champion service for them to take a look. Every time their response was that "it is not an issue, and to let them know when it happens again". Come to now being 2 weeks outside of the CPO warranty, this error pops up again. But this time, the car goes fully into "limp" mode and cannot be put into Drive or reverse. My first instinct is to get my car towed to Champion and have them take a look as this is the same error that they told me "isn't an issue and to let them know if it pops ups again". I have just now been informed that the transmission needs to be completely replaced, and will cost around $25k. Now I have been battling with Porsche of North America and Champion as nobody wants to take ownership on this poor customer service experience that is now costing an insane amount. Just want to reiterate: I have proof that reached out to Champion about this issue prior to my CPO warranty ending, and they declined me bringing in the car. Once the warranty expired, there are now many and expensive issues. Doesn't sound right to me. The 2 service reps that i was contacting are Bradley James and David Feldman. More
