Had my explorer for a week because of warranty process was told it was covered under warranty bot once was there a mention that there was a 500 dollar deductible in the several times I spoke with whoever was told it was covered under warranty bot once was there a mention that there was a 500 dollar deductible in the several times I spoke with whoever it was. When I went to get keys the women that deals with payments was rude. I will not take my vehicle back to the Freeport location. The Ford dealership in Durand has way better customer service. It wouldn't have been such a shock if I would have known before that there was going to be a balance ed owed. I think they should tell a customer before they even proceed with the work to make sure the person has thw funds to pay. More
