My husband and I have never looked forward to the car buying process and always enter into it with guarded skepticism and a bit of anxiety. However, my heart was set on a specific Atlas on their lot and a coworker mentioned what a great dealership they are so we decided to take the trip. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. We worked with David who greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. He had such a friendly and positive energy. He walked us through the many features of the vehicle and gave us plenty of room to test drive it and discuss amongst ourselves. He was fair, straightforward, patient and honest with us throughout the entire process and we never felt like we were being worked or tricked into something that we didn’t want. David is, by far, the best we’ve ever worked with and Jonathan in finance was fantastic to work with as well! We would most definitely recommend VW of West Islip to others in the future. More
