I’ve been leasing cars from you for over 15 years, and
the service center used to be a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the recent experience has been disappointing.

My radio hasn’t worked for over a year, but I didn’t have time to bring the car in until now. When I finally scheduled an appointment—after three recalls—the team refused to look at it because I was 3,000 miles past the warranty, even though I had booked the appointment earlier but had to wait for a loaner. On top of that, the service brake pad warning was ignored.
It feels like the approach now is: “pay up or we don’t know you.” The manager could have easily made a few calls, just like the team quickly pointed out that I needed new filters. Instead, there was no effort to support a long-time customer.
I still have one year left on this lease, and I’ll drive without a radio if I must. But after this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There’s no loyalty shown to customers anymore—very different from the old days when you felt appreciated for your business.
