I have had great experiences in the past. But my last visit was a disaster. I got a oil change and the mechanic left grease all over my door handle and on my inside wall.. They told me they could not rotate my tires because my lug nuts were stripped. The mechanic actually put indents in the middle of my lug nuts trying to get them off!!! Your service manager told me they were like that before I came in. I wash my car 3 to 4 times a week, I would have noticed them dented from previous service at Mr Tire where I bought my new tires. I have free tire rotation and balancing with them. I figured I would let Palmer do the rotation since it was free with the 3 oil change special. Then the service manager wanted to charge me $450 dollars to replace the lug nuts!! What!!! They cost $40 dollars at Advance Auto for set of 20. This is the worst experience I have had with Palmer Dodge in 10 years I have been Going to them. I hope you can fix this situation going forward. More

Requested key fob check,signed me up for diagnostic electrical, for 200.00 dollars. They called to say it is the key fob. I was then charged 20.00 for epa compliance. Why? The car sat on lot for 3 days electrical, for 200.00 dollars. They called to say it is the key fob. I was then charged 20.00 for epa compliance. Why? My vehicle was serviced at Palmer Dodge. The technician scratched the paint and tried to cover it up with touch up paint. When asked by the service advisor he admitted to it. At first, the service manager was willing to get it fixed using a local body shop. The shop in question cuts corners and does not do quality work. I submitted estimates from a body shop I wanted the vehicle to be repaired at. They refused. They said I would be contacted by their insurance company for repairs. That never happened. Now the service manager said they will pay the bill only if I jump through hoops and make sure they get photo documentation of the repair process. The damage was done there and they need to pay the bill. I should not have to be inconvenienced. More
