I’ve had nothing issues with the car I purchased here in February, its a 2017 Ford Explorer, first it was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, they never fully fixed it, that was $608 because the warra February, its a 2017 Ford Explorer, first it was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, they never fully fixed it, that was $608 because the warranty i bought with the car that they said was the BEST warranty they have!!! But now i understand why they didnt… (needs new motor) SECONDLY the car stopped steering while I was driving and my children were in the car… $3800, warranty didnt cover that also… they fixed it for free after we exchanged words… and told me to take down my review, which i agreed to because i thought they were making it right… WRONG. Took it in for inspection and oil change today. Was told that, I’m missing motor mounts, and the torque mount is damaged and soaked in oil. How was that not caught? And why aren’t motor mounts replaced? While I thought they were trying to make the situation right, they only further damaged my car and is now costing me thousands to fix it. Stay very far away. Don’t waste your money on their fake warranties as well. Never again Wynne Ford never again. More

This dealer ship sales you and extended warranty and tells you we will give your money back I don’t want the money I wanted the extended warranty. They like to breach contracts. I don’t recommend this d tells you we will give your money back I don’t want the money I wanted the extended warranty. They like to breach contracts. I don’t recommend this dealer ship to anyone. I’ve also reached out to my attorney and also Wavey Tv 10 on this matter . The public needs to be aware of what this dealer ship is doing to people. They had no problem tacking the money for the truck and then the money for the warranty. I asked before I made final payment on the truck about the extended warranty and they told me we will in spect the truck. Took the truck up to them to get some minor things done and told the service rep Bob who just came back off of vacation that they needed to do and inspection on the truck for the warranty . The sales man called me that afternoon and said your truck is ready. So my wife and I went to pick the truck up and the salesman Rich told me I needed to go see Cole. We went in Cole’s office and he yes sir this is what I’m going to do for you on the warranty and I was like kool. Cole wrote up the warranty and I signed it and he signed it , wrote him a check paid it in full . Until the trucks a/c stopped working. Then I get a call telling me I have to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. That the truck needed and A/c compressor and had a oil leak, the bearing in the water pump was bad and needed tore placed and it was going to cost me 6,000 put of pocket and I told the service writer that had the warranty and she told me me she would get with Cole and call me back. I never got that call. Please people don’t buy anything from this dealership , because they like to break the law and breach a signed contract and a paid contract. I would like to know who owns this dealership. I liked better when it was Freedom Ford. More
