Very attentive to my needs. Scheduling was easy. Jim delivered a loaner to me and took my car. He was very courteous. Text messages let me know the status of service on my car. They were quick. Everything was was made easy for me which I appreciated. One thing. needs to be sorted out and that is rotation of my tires, but I will follow up with them.
