I have been a customer at this dealership since 2003. The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. Over the years, including this time, I have called the service department after several hours asking if the work on my vehicle was completed. I often get the response that the work had just been completed. It seems like 7 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive, especially after having made an appointment. Thanks. More
