I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Mike Offer and his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had checked with all the local dealers including dealers in Atlanta, Columbus, Lithia Springs and dealers in north Fl. and none of them could meet the price that I was willing to pay or they gave me the run around trying to sell me something that I didn't want. Long story short one Friday sitting @ the computer about ready to give up on the Explorer and go on and purchase a Toyota, I decided to check the Savannah dealerships on line, JC Lewis being just one of them that replied to my email. On Saturday morning I got a call from Emily Baack and I told her what I was looking for and the price that I was willing to pay and also the offer that was made by another Ford dealer which was $800.00 more than I was willing to pay for the Explorer that I wanted, @ that time she told me that she would get Mike Offer to look into it and get back to me. Later that day David McCalla called me also and we talked about what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, the rest of the day we played phone tag. While sitting @ my computer checking my email @ 10.30 pm on a Saturday night I get an email from Mike Offer with a deal on a 2014 Explorer Limited that was priced right but was missing the moonroof, Mike replied by on Sunday morning telling me that he would find what I was looking for and on Sunday night he did just that, after looking @ the window sticker I told him we had a deal so guess what happen next, I was planning to drive down to Savannah David called and said the other dealership would not release the Explorer, later Super Mike gives me a call and assures me that they would find another Explorer and that's exactly what he done. David gives me a call and we get a date setup for me to make the 3 hour drive down to Savannah and when I get there David rolls out the red carpet the moment that I drive up in the parking lot, he welcomes me and go over the car with me and then brings Larry Bonorato over a very nice guy which goes over all the forms in details, all papers signed and a very HAPPY Willie. Mike Offer is the hardest working man in car sales that I have ever met, he makes it look so easy that you just want to go out and purchase a car, again Thanks Mike & crew for getting me in the Explorer limited that I was looking for. I contacted the dealership through the Web. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of the salesperson. I feel I was given a fair price for my new F150. Working with David McCalla was a real pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of the salesperson. I feel I was given a fair price for my new F150. Working with David McCalla was a real treasure. He found the exact truck I was looking for in Orlando, Fla and had it delivered to the Savannah dealership. He helped me get the extra ordered items installed in a very quick manner and getting my new truck as painless as possible. I feel he went above and beyond. The whole process took 5 days and was totally negotiated over the Web, email and phone. I was able to drive to Savannah to get the truck without having to make more than one trip. The only drawback was that I felt I should have gotten more for my trade-in, but eventually I settled for the price they offered. More

My husband and I had THE BEST experience with J.C. Lewis Ford and all the employees we worked with! They went above and beyond our expectations, got us the vehicle we needed, and were just amazing with cu Ford and all the employees we worked with! They went above and beyond our expectations, got us the vehicle we needed, and were just amazing with customer service, friendliness and everything! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle of any kind! They were NEVER pushy in any way, and always made the visit about us, our wants and needs. They always answered our questions to the fullest, and very professionally yet friendly! The dealership itself is very inviting, with a wide range of vehicles to choose from! We left more than happy and extremely satisfied with everything! Thank you J.C. Lewis and all your helpful staff! Y'all are amazing!!! More

There are times when you find a business to which you can't wait to return. The team at JC Lewis Ford makes this car dealership one of those businesses. Through the first car buying experience over 3 yea can't wait to return. The team at JC Lewis Ford makes this car dealership one of those businesses. Through the first car buying experience over 3 years ago to the most recent on July 23, 2013, I cannot recall a single time where I was treated as a customer who was a burden or an annoyance. In fact, it's more accurate to say that we were treated like friends that were in the market to buy a car. From the front sales desk through every person I've encountered in the service department, this has been the case. I could write paragraphs on how well the experiences have been at JC Lewis Ford but in the end it will come down to the people and their friendliness and concern for the customer. Congratulations to the management for creating a culture that makes the car buying and servicing experience enjoyable as opposed to dreadful. And, thank you to all the employees that take the time to ensure that the experiences throughout the dealership are the best that they can be. The 2013 Taurus SHO is going to be an enjoyable addition to the family Ford line-up... More

The overall experience was very positive. We used my grandfather's Z-plan, which helped expedite the process. The entire staff was very friendly, maybe even a little too friendly. This dealership was great. David listened and helped me when other dealerships (cheverolet next door) would not even talk.
