It was a pleasure to deal with David during my recent visit to the service department at this Subaru location. I had to return a second time due to an issue that occurred during the original repair proce visit to the service department at this Subaru location. This Subaru service center is always the best. I can easily book appointments when I need them. The staff is always friendly and keeps you informed about timing. The mechanical part of my visit was ok. The overall experience needs work. I never got phone updates like you get when you wait for your vehicle. I had to chase down status. It would be nice to have my dashboard reset and my washer fluid refilled. David and Erica were good to work with but the details for an inspection really great experience were missing. More
