I love the Service Department, Every person that I have dealt with has been honest, accommodating, Subaru (formerly Wakefield Subaru) for 20 years. What I like best is that before they start any work they tell you what it will cost, even if the mechanic finds something during their work on another part of the car, That is most reassuring to me as I am not familiar with most things mechanical in the car and to know exactly what it will cost helps me make an honest and fair decision regarding the potential repair. I brought my car in for service on October 13. David (the Service Advisor) and Adrian (the Service Technician) did a wonderful job.
