Do not take your vehicle to Lithia Dodge service center. I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was h I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was having engine issues. One week goes by and I get a call from my extended warranty company asking for all of my service records so I get those sent over. Weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I call to check the status of my vehicle and I am told that because my vehicle is on extended warranty that they have to wait until they have an open bay to work on it because it will have to sit until the warranty company decides if they are going to cover it. I call another 3 times over the next 3 months and I am told by the service advisor that other vehicles are more of a priority over mine because it is on extended warranty. He also told me that if I wanted to pay out of pocket that they could get it in that same day. So now I’m getting really pissed so I speak with the service manager and he apologizes for everything and that there was no excuse for what I was being told. He informed me that they would be getting it in that afternoon. After the process of taking my motor apart, contacting the warranty company to see what they will cover, and getting a new engine installed, it took just less than two weeks. So now after 16 weeks of being there, I finally got my pickup back. Certain people in the service department at Lithia Dodge do not care about you or your vehicle. But hey, they were nice enough to give me a 10% discount off the remaining balance that I owed 🖕🏼 More

They do not treat customer vehicles with respect. My son took his truck in for service, he has GPS on his truck so he was able to witness the joyride the technician took his truck on and he also recieved a took his truck in for service, he has GPS on his truck so he was able to witness the joyride the technician took his truck on and he also recieved a video from a friend of his truck taking off from a light blowing black smoke. They used a 1/4 of a tank of fuel. He called them when he got the video and was told the tech should not have been driving it like that but when he picked the truck up no one said a word, no apology for treating his vehicle so poorly.
