One of the worst places I've ever been to. My wife was the one whom mainly dealt with the service department. The service manager or lead whomever he is was an absolute joke. 4 days for a chec My wife was the one whom mainly dealt with the service department. The service manager or lead whomever he is was an absolute joke. 4 days for a check engine light to have to call Toyota to be told what to do and change the sensors that are throwing the code. Then after picking the truck up for the 3rd time the light still comes back on. Dave the service guy then wants to argue and say we need to pay another diagnostic fee for the same codes. A diagnostic fee we had already paid even though we have a warranty plan on our vehicle and shouldn't of had to pay it the first time. Then proceeds to tell us we're ungrateful we could have been charged a rental for the loaner car we received before. And we could have been charged for all the test drives. And we could have been charged 3x as much for the labor. Tells us after we had already called and asked if they still had a loaner vehicle for us when we bring the car back and we're told yes. Then proceeds to say we're not getting a loaner anymore because we're ungrateful once we arrive. These service techs are completely incompetent as well as con artists and scammers. Ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else to not deal with the terrible techs and leadership. I could have cared less if "I" was charged more for labor or parts it was all under warranty I cant help it you were too dumb to figure the problem out and charge the warranty company accordingly. Front desk person Sonja was friendly. Disappointed though that my car was not done on time. I clearly stated that I needed rear brakes done and they got fronts instead. Ww have been purchasing Toyotas for 25 years plus. When we moved to this area 22 years ago we purchased several vehicles from Lakeshore Toyota. When Bosak purchased the dealership, we were unhappy wit When we moved to this area 22 years ago we purchased several vehicles from Lakeshore Toyota. When Bosak purchased the dealership, we were unhappy with the service. So far, the service we received from Graff Toyota has been very good. We are pleased that they purchased the dealership and use today's technology to enhance communication with the customer for service. We really like the change so far and plan to continue our Toyota experience with them in the future. More
