This was my first visit to BMW Elk Grove and had a great experience – nice showroom and the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional. Working with CJ was great from start to experience – nice showroom and the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional. Working with CJ was great from start to finish. His personable, engaging and non-pressure approach was appreciated. He patiently indulged me with all of my questions, made my wife and I feel comfortable during our initial visit, was thoughtful and thorough in his follow up and helpful in his guidance throughout the process to meet my needs. Highly recommend working with him. More
