This place is a joke. I bought an 80000 new king ranch. It came with a nice scratch into the metal in the door. Salesman swore they’d fix it, and they will as long as I al I bought an 80000 new king ranch. It came with a nice scratch into the metal in the door. Salesman swore they’d fix it, and they will as long as I allow my truck to have a car fax accident. So I get to buy a new truck that’s scratched from the manufacturer and that the only way they will straighten it out is if I let them devalue my truck. This is from the owner Shane smith… or I can call corporate. So I did. Corporate only states that it is the dealerships decision even if it is predatory. After being a 3rd generation ford guy my whole life. I’ll never buy a ford from a ford dealer again… here let me buy a messed up truck for full price and you’re billon dollar company not make it right…seems logical… not More
