I've owned the car 3+ months and I've used the service department twice (5k maintenance and a few dealer-only adjustments). Now that the new car smell is gone, I can judge the transaction with a clear head and can say buying a new car here was a great decision and an extremely - dare I say it? - easy and pleasant experience!! Three visits to test drive (Dave) to make sure I chose the right model for me, and two email exchanges with the sales manager (Geoff) and the deal was made. After joining the forums and FB group for the TX I can say I think I got a very fair deal. No pressure at all (we've all heard the horror stories of new car shopping) - just a polite and civil back and forth. My service advisor (Peppino) has been an absolute delight to work with. Love the car - and the dealership experience has been "Very Lexus". I would recommend letting these folks have a chance to earn your business; I think they will. Love my TX - thanks guys!! More
