Crest Infiniti and David Whyte went absolutely to the moon and back to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. I have been to other dealerships and Crest Infiniti’s customer service is hands down the best. I really appreciated David’s steady and courteous demeanor in the face of my numerous requests and even when I changed my mind about the car I wanted - 10 minutes before closing. Rob Simmonds sent an e-mail in response to mine, Mr. Brosin touched base to be sure I had received what I needed, Miles Means setup my appointment and introduced me to David Whyte. Mr. Hernandez handled Brosin touched base to be sure I had received what I needed, Miles Means setup my appointment and introduced me to David Whyte. Mr. Hernandez handled the financing and Miles delivered the car bow and all (!) and explained how things worked. David really helped me. He showed me the cars I was interested in, answered all my questions, demonstrated the car to me, discussed the pricing and finished the agreement. He was patient throughout and flexibly scheduled the delivery and payment. Miles was terrific during all my meetings with him. He met me each time I arrived at Crest, stopped by to inquire how things were going, and delivered my car in a celebratory way. Mr. Hernandez was professional, explained all the paperwork, walked me through the financing, allowed me to adjust some terms, and encouraged me to buy the protection package. This is an example of perfect coordination among several employees with different responsibilities who worked together to quickly find me a replacement car and deliver it as fast as possible. The car is immaculate, so there are a lot of other Crest employees who deserve lots of credit as well. Companies struggle today to actually serve their customers. Crest proved it is possible. The rest are still failing to do the basic: meet their customer's needs. Miles even arranged for Enterprise to pick up my rental car saving me that inconvenience. My G37, which I loved and which had NO issues during my ownership was destroyed by a red light runner at an intersection in Plano . Crest stands out as the single most helpful, supportive, and enjoyable experience since the airbag blasted me in the chest. My thanks to David, Miles, Rob, Mr. Hernandez, Mr. Brosin and all those who certified and immaculately serviced this car. Infiniti is the best - G35, G37, to Q50 I never even considered another car company. Crest certainly has put a true customer service organization together. David gave me a Masters hat as well.
