I spent over $4000 dollars for a repair that was going to leave me without a car for over a week. No loaner was offered. When I asked, I was told that they do not give customers loaners. This is disappoint leave me without a car for over a week. No loaner was offered. When I asked, I was told that they do not give customers loaners. This is disappointing since this is the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. The VW dealership I take my wife's car to provides a loaner for any repairs longer than 48 hours. More

Needed oil change, tire rotation and 15,000 mile check-up. Great Service Department, pleased with the personnel. Did not take long to have this done.
