Very good experience at Gates all around as a whole. First time using this dealership for purchase of a vehicle. Salesman, Mike Smith, was top notch. The only concern was the discussion of the final cost to be financed. It was made to sound like the extended warranties were free and no deductibles whatsoever for using the warranties, when in fact, I was expecting to pay a certain price as presented in the purchase agreement, when in reality, it was almost $10,000 more that was financed due to "other fees." Overall great experience! More
