I have been going to this service center ever since I financed my vehicle from Ford on Queens Boulevard. This place is an absolute rip off and I believe majority of the technicians are very inexperienced financed my vehicle from Ford on Queens Boulevard. This place is an absolute rip off and I believe majority of the technicians are very inexperienced. Several things to note. I removed a splash guard from under my vehicle and when I took it in to see if they’ll notice, they did not. I asked the receptionist to ask the tech and he said no. Next thing their labor rate is too high, why? Is Ford not paying their techs enough to do carless work? Seems so. They claim a job takes 4 hrs when I know for a FACT it takes less because I could do the work myself, which I will the next time. To change on tire sensor costed me about $550. Absolute nonsense. To change two wire harness’s it runs about $900 and change. Diagnostic fee? For what? When their are specific lights illuminated on the dash obviously stating the issues and what may causing it, if they were “experienced” they would know. There are a lot more things I could list, but it will be too much to type. Bottom line is take your vehicles to other shops or mechanics who do clean honest work (not to mention how many times they forget to put my valve stem caps on after service and when I ask them for one they say no). If your able to purchase your parts and have the equipment/tools to get the job done, do not hesitate to do it on your own. Unless you have money to burn. Whats even funnier they speak to you as if your a gullible idiot who does not know anything about cars or automotive work. Also, before I submit this review, they NEVER update the status of your vehicle on the links they send to your phone, course not. They would complete your car and have it sitting there until you call or go in and find out its done and no one notified you. They’ll literally smile in your face, rip you off, and say thank you & NEVER offer a car wash. What a joke. More
