TO BE HONEST, I REALLY WASN'T PLEASED HAVING TO BRING MY CAR IN BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY ISSUE. I PURCHASED THE 42 MONTH BATTERY IN APRIL OF 2025 FROM YOU GUYS, AND FOR IT TO HAVE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 9 MONT CAR IN BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY ISSUE. I PURCHASED THE 42 MONTH BATTERY IN APRIL OF 2025 FROM YOU GUYS, AND FOR IT TO HAVE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 9 MONTHS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Generally outstanding service, but that specific day I took my car in for unscheduled maintenance And the process seemed disorganized, which is a very rare experience. there was one person at this seeming took my car in for unscheduled maintenance And the process seemed disorganized, which is a very rare experience. there was one person at this seemingly handing all the appointments which were a lot my car was completed, and I never received a message that it was ready for pick up. Surprisingly, the maintenance screws seem distracted our overbooked. My appointment was to fix low pressure in my driver side front wheel. I did request for all the pressures to be even out when I receive my car back. I did not happen. The tire that was patched was at 35 psi all the other tires were at 48/51. The screen for the tire pressures were already on screen, so I'm a bit confused about why the tire pressures were not synchronize. Aside from those issues my experience as normally great. More
