We were looking for a RED 2012 CRV and couldn't find one in the area. My husband made one last attempt and called McNatt Honda in Denton, Texas. He spoke to Denzel and confirmed that the dealership had a in the area. My husband made one last attempt and called McNatt Honda in Denton, Texas. He spoke to Denzel and confirmed that the dealership had a red one that was equipped the way we wanted it to be. We went up to Denton after lunch and the sales associate, Denzel, was very helpful. He was friendly, professional, and very well versed in how to use the technology on the CRV. Unlike other sales associates and dealerships that we have encountered in our car search, Denzel understood that it was to be my car. He made sure I was included, consulted, and pleased with everything about the CRV. He was a good negotiator, and made our experience a pleasant one. I would recommend McNatt Honda and Denzel to anyone. More

Denzel was a pleasure to work with, not a typical pushy salesman. He was informative about the cars details. He listened to our wants of the car we wanted and worked with us on pricing. This is my second purchase from Jim McNatt Honda. The first was back in 2001. The buying experience was enjoyable overall. I never felt pressured into purchasing during the entire experience. I really first was back in 2001. The buying experience was enjoyable overall. I never felt pressured into purchasing during the entire experience. I really felt that I was "in the drivers seat" for lack of a better phrase. Denzel was very kind and personable, while still remaining professional. I felt comfortable working with him as he had been selling Honda's for 6 years, and drives one himself. That told me that he stands behind the brand. Bobby Evans, the sales manager, was there to help, not there as an extra person to put pressure on like in many other dealerships I've been to. Steve, the business manager is a family man and you can tell. He was very patient and easy to talk to. I didn't have a moment of panic the entire time. This purchasing experience was much like my last one with Jim McNatt. The focus was on the customer's needs, not them looking up at sales boards wondering if they were going to make their goals. Whatever Jim McNatt instills in these guys who work for him really WORKS. Denzel, Bobby and Steve all get top ranking in my book with their professional, friendly, customer service focus. They're a fair minded customer focused group there to serve the needs of the serious buyer, or the casual looker. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to replace the Pilot I just got...but I'm quite sure that won't be for a LONG time. The McNatt team is first class all the way. More
