This game that the new car sales industry has created is a terrible experience. And if that isn't bad enough, then customers are subjected to having to deal with the F and I person.
Huge added fees like DEALER CONVENIENCE, PPP, DOCUMENTATION FEE, etc etc, etc many different names, clearly shows what the entire industry thinks of the new car buying public.
