The completion of work was excellent. I very much dislike their upsell tactics in service. Your continuing to reference a service and maintenance schedule that is not prescribed by Gener I very much dislike their upsell tactics in service. Came into the shop thinking I had a major issue with my 2018 Enclave. Derrick was very kind. He didn't make me feel like I was ignorant because the issue was a simple 3 minute fix. He also took the time to 2018 Enclave. Derrick was very kind. He didn't make me feel like I was ignorant because the issue was a simple 3 minute fix. He also took the time to check for service bulletins. That issue was cleared up and I was out the door for under $100. The shop and waiting areas are clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and cordial. I don't give top ratings very often but they deserve it! More
