So, you got an amazing deal, but it “feels scammy?” And you reviewed people on here with 1 star that you have never met? How bout this, you show me anything from us in writing that says we were going to take another $175 off the car when it was already the cheapest car around and I’ll make sure you get your $175. As for our customer service, we are ALWAYS one of the best in the whole district. The BBB complaint you filed after the last purchase you had shows that no good deed goes unpunished. That was also an amazing deal and you were unhappy again. We wish to continue our amazing history in customer service but with that, we also realize we can’t please everyone. Someone who continues to seek out the cheapest vehicle in the area, and then trashing the company because you didn’t get “just a little extra” off is a battle we cannot win. , and treating my staff rudely was the the icing on this cake Gregg Whiteaker General Manager gwhiteaker@tonkin.com
