I had no appointment and I needed an oil change, the guys took me in and within 45 min It was done with 2 filters changed, very happy with the speed of the service. I felt communication could have been better. The advisor said she would personally call me and she never did. The manager came to talk to me but I dont think he really understood why I wasn't ha The advisor said she would personally call me and she never did. You either have to find your own ride or pay to rent a car and then they take their time. They had my car for 3 days so that would have been $100 for a simple repair ( that should have been noticed 5 days prior)and an oil change. More

I visited the Nissan dealership in Summerville, what a awful mistake. I wouldn't recommend Summerville Nissan under any circumstance. I went for a break light replacement, the tech told me my light was f awful mistake. I wouldn't recommend Summerville Nissan under any circumstance. I went for a break light replacement, the tech told me my light was fine, after placing my foot on the break for another tech, he saw that my light was out. I should've left then, needless to say approx 2hrs later, after I walked up front, my keys were sitting there, this tech said to me, immediately quoting prices, $500 and up, he began to tell me that Nissan did a complimentary diagnostic on my vehicle, and that I had about $3000 worth of work needing done. I was livid. I knew exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle, due to me already having it diagnosed. I demanded to speak with someone in Management, after another waiting period, someone appeared. He was just a bad as his technician. Please Nissan customers continue to have your Nissan service done at the other locations and NOT SUMMERVILLE NISSAN. TRASH! I'm upset just typing this review.! More
