Erik and all the staff were so warm and genuine. He really came through for us, even after we made the mistake of signing for a FWD drive vehicle. He took initiative and drove from Everett to Puyall He really came through for us, even after we made the mistake of signing for a FWD drive vehicle. He took initiative and drove from Everett to Puyallup and back to save the day with the AWD used Tiguan that ultimately was the right one from one of their dealerships in network.
