I came to Josh after a not so good experience with the sales manager that ruined the sale at the sister dealer next door. I explained everything that happened and that I was still wanting to buy the truck sales manager that ruined the sale at the sister dealer next door. I explained everything that happened and that I was still wanting to buy the truck I was looking at(they share inventory). Josh listened and understood and told me that he was gonna take care of me. (He didn’t lie). From the word go Josh was awesome. Our personalities meshed great. We sat down and talked a bit more while he looked things over and I told him how good of an experience I had with Rodrigo next door. And next thing here he walks thru the door. Not sure how Josh was able to pull it off. But I hit the trifecta, good truck awesome salesman and sales manager! After some numbers Josh presented me a deal that was perfect the first time. Off we went doing the huge amount of paperwork. He truly saved the whole situation and was able to close the sale. Throughout the whole process Josh was personable and made it easy and seamless. In fact whole atmosphere of the dealer was like that. Josh’s team was just the same. Buying a vehicle is normally stressful and annoying but the experience with Josh was nothing short of amazing.
