I had bought my first new car from Toyota of Kingsport in 2001. My 2001 Camry served me well and had 269,900 miles and was still a daily driver when I sold it.. My decision to return to Toyota of Kingsport was largely based on the treatment I received 14 years ago by salesman Mike Cox. Dealers should think about the service they are providing today. It may very well come full circle. I had made two trips to a Toyota dealer that was in closer proximity to my house and both times walked away with the feeling that they were either too good for my family or just didn't really want to deal with us. Kudos th the staff at Kingsport Toyota. I hope to see you again in about 14 more years! More

Overall, it was a great buying experience. I went in with price quotes from other dealers, and the recommended buying price from Consumer Reports. We were off to show my wife and son what a great car we were considering, my wife being undecided. After the test drive, Derrick asked me what price they needed to meet, I told him, and they agreed, We had no intention of making a purchase that evening, but everything fell into place perfectly. Derrick was very knowledgable, the test drive was a delight, and the rest is history. We had purchased a Toyota Matrix from Toyota of Kingsport eight (8) years earlier, and I hope we don't wait as long for the next time. More
