Horrible customer service. Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed. Vehicle was covered under my insurance and proof was provided but they refused to release the Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed. Vehicle was covered under my insurance and proof was provided but they refused to release the car without showing deductible information which would take 24 hours for insurance company to update.
