I emailed Jonathan Smith with a finance question. No response. Then I used the internet chat feature to ask him if he saw my email. I got a response from the SALES team. They read my email and sa No response. Then I used the internet chat feature to ask him if he saw my email. I got a response from the SALES team. They read my email and said they would provide help. Never heard from them again. Therefore I asked my same finance question to a different Kia dealer, where I purchased my car. Heard a response immediately. And they fixed the finance error! So now I'll never go to Southwest Kia again and will be returning to the original dealer even though they are hours further away. That's how much Jonathan Smith has ruined Southwest Kia. All he had to do was respond to an email. More
