From start to finish this deal was made seamless. We’ve been looking for 6 months and we decided to check in person finally. Upon arrival we were not bothered by a single salesman but there were plen We’ve been looking for 6 months and we decided to check in person finally. Upon arrival we were not bothered by a single salesman but there were plenty of service crew around if at any point we asked for help. Imagine a car lot you aren’t picked apart by vultures. After selecting a few we really wanted we made our way onto the showroom. We were paired with Jill, by far the most amazing saleswoman you’ll ever meet. She never once judged us or pushed us. She guided us with extreme confidence and knowledge. No pressure. Just a love for what she does and a goal to reach the best deal for her client. We were purchasing a 2024 Santa Fe. (Demo) turns out it had a recall after we finished our deal it popped up on their computer. Immediately it was all hands on deck and we were offered a 2026 at a better interest rate/payment, all the accessories, and so much compassion and respect for their hiccup. All that to say this deal was STILL BETTER than any purchase I’ve ever made and we purchase vehicles more often than an average person. I’d choose to buy from this company for life. If you are looking for second to none service and respect than you really should pay them a visit. Thank you Hyundai of CF and Jill for the greatest service, you went above and beyond. This was my second purchase from Hyundai of Central Florida and was lucky enough to be contacted by Marilyn Santos. Marilyn went out of her way including contacting me on July 4 (her day off) to make Florida and was lucky enough to be contacted by Marilyn Santos. Marilyn went out of her way including contacting me on July 4 (her day off) to make sure the vehicles i wanted to test drive were ready when I got to the dealership. The rest purchase process was quick and professional making it a stress free experience. All the staff were were very efficient and friendly although i will have to say Marilyn is probably the best car salesperson I have ever worked with since i purchased my first vehicles in 1969. I would also like to mention Devon Ortiz who was a was a major reason we returned to this dealership after purchasing my wife's Santa Fe from him 2023. Devon is now a sales manager and worked with us to to get me a fair price for my trade in. More
