We bought our truck here about five years ago which was a good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to ha good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to have it fixed. Now the truck is not drivable due to the recalls. They are stating it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it can even be looked at. And in the meantime NO RENTAL CAR IS PROVIDED. So we are without a primary vehicle in the home for 2 or 3 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using this dealership again ever. Beware the customer service is all fine and dandy to buy the car/truck but after that you can forget it. If you want a Dodge I suggest going to Kernersville or Greensboro. They give customer service through the life of the vehicle not just at the sale. More

2019 Ram 2500 I have 3 recalls for my truck I brought it over to have them fixed. They fix 2 out of 3, and during this process I got asked if I considered replacing the engine air filter and cabin filter fo over to have them fixed. They fix 2 out of 3, and during this process I got asked if I considered replacing the engine air filter and cabin filter for around $ 250.00 being recommended. I decline this action because I can do it for a fraction of that cost $ 57.00 my self. Today I decided to have that checked and I notice a bolt missing from air filter box due to negligence. Thanks to Kristine Williams person that I contacted I have that bolt missing replaced. I hope I’m not exaggerating but I care and maintain my vehicles and I will like that the mechanics from this facility to be more responsible when they work on people cars. More
