This was our second vehicle purchased since 2006 by my wife by herself. I have never been to the dealer to purchase the first vehicle in 2006, nor have I ever met any of the sales representatives there be wife by herself. I have never been to the dealer to purchase the first vehicle in 2006, nor have I ever met any of the sales representatives there before but from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with respect and a smile from every sales representatives and employees. They did not have the particular model and color of the vehicle I wanted, and Diego Arce told me he was 99.9% sure he could get it for me, and for the price I wanted. A week later, Diego called me saying that the vehicle came in. There was no hassle whatsoever. Diego also provided his personal cell phone should I have any questions. Not only did he go over the car, he gave me a tour of the dealership, service center and introduced me to service manager, so I would know where to bring my car for service tune ups. He also introduced his business manager, was totally professional, showing me different options to extend warranty, etc. again, with no pressure whatsoever. Even though I must admit that I am a very stubborn person on purchasing a new vehicle, I would totally recommend this dealership and will purchase another car from them in the future. More
