I had a five star experience at this dealership with Joe Griffin. I called up the Sales Director Darlena and asked for someone who would be a good fit to help me with my vehicle. She was waiting for me wh Griffin. I called up the Sales Director Darlena and asked for someone who would be a good fit to help me with my vehicle. She was waiting for me when I arrived, and she introduced me to Joe Griffin. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He has a no-pressure technique and was an advocate for me throughout the process. I told him I had 20 minutes to make a car deal. He got everyone involved including Finance to get me in and out in time for my next meeting. Hats off to Joe! I would highly suggest using him if you plan to purchase something at this dealership. More

I went in there and bought a used car over a week ago still waiting for a tire sensor.i was told they would deliver it.then they said they didn’t have a drive so I drove an hour to the dealership and the still waiting for a tire sensor.i was told they would deliver it.then they said they didn’t have a drive so I drove an hour to the dealership and they stalled me for three hours trying to fix it last minute than my salesman goes home,the tech working on the car goes home and they knowingly give me a unfixed car also the day I bought the car there was two keys now there is only one the manager Amy didn’t seem to care or fix the problem either I wouldn’t recommend or buy another car from them again More
