Classic bait-and-switch feel – this is exactly why people hate buying cars at dealerships. We were promised a specific vehicle with a certain mileage and took time off work to come in – only to find out t hate buying cars at dealerships. We were promised a specific vehicle with a certain mileage and took time off work to come in – only to find out the actual mileage was significantly higher. When we raised this, we were told the price had increased and that we should consider ourselves lucky to get this higher-mileage car at the originally quoted price. The used car manager, Korab Krasniqi, was arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the situation. The General Manager, Brian Cho, was more professional, but showed the same lack of interest in making things right. Even getting our deposit back required multiple follow-ups. Not that we expected full transparency and integrity from a dealership transaction, but at other dealerships we’ve dealt with, management is at least smart enough to stop playing games before losing a customer.
