Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey on 3/29/25. I knew it had issues , as used cars tend to, but Wixom Motors assured me that they would repair the air conditioning and a transmission issue. I noti I knew it had issues , as used cars tend to, but Wixom Motors assured me that they would repair the air conditioning and a transmission issue. I noticed the AC wasn't working on my first test drive. It worked for one day after they worked on it. My mechanic confirmed the failed part was the one they claimed to have replaced. Brought it back in. After a long wait, they assured me it was repaired but couldn't be tested because it was too cold (55F) out. Never worked. Now they are not returning my calls, and I am looking at a $1500 repair. After two visits, they couldn't resolve the transmission switch issue as well. My mechanic ended up fixing it for $600. Long story short, do not trust their service department at all. They keep you coming back and waiting until you give up. Dino was very nice. More
