I went to get my car serviced on Saturday bc the headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. Th headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. The service department had no record of my car let alone my appointment. So after 2.5 hours of waiting I finally got a curtesy car. I got a call a couple days later stating my windshield was fixed. I picked it up and drove it home once I got home I saw that Knick was still there. No improvement of the area. I bought the car as a new car, not used. I need this resolved. More
