My wife and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for awhile. But with the times being what they are it’s hard to find anything on a lot. We were sitting at home discussing what we wanted to do. We decided to go to Forts Toyota having never owned a Toyota we were both sure it would be a waste of time. We were greeted on the lot my Eric Smith. We ended up test driving a Toyota Highlander. Eric was a lot of help and very knowledgeable. My wife and I were very impressed after the test ride. To make a long story short our trip to Fort’s Toyota turned out to be a great decision. We drove home that nigh in our new Highlander and couldn’t be happier. Our salesman Eric Smith along with the finance man who I wish I could remember his name made for an easy transaction. More

Overall I had a great buying experience. Michelle was fun and a no bs kind of person when it came to the sale of the vehicle I purchased. I did not have the same experience at other dealers which is one of t and a no bs kind of person when it came to the sale of the vehicle I purchased.
