Good experience with salesman Dominick and with the finance manager. They met price that Consumer Reports suggested was fair for my new Escape and were transparent about the very small fees added. The sales team of Adam Hernandez, Mike Ramadan, Cary Green and Brendan Rios worked with Tresten to get the sale done. Mike Davis did an excellent job of working out the financing for us. Mike found us an excellent rate. I have to mention the man that made it all happen, Frank Herrera-General Manager, for approving the deal. Frank has a "whatever it takes" mentality and pushed everyone to meet my need. Everyone's attention to customer service was unparalleled and deeply appreciated.
