We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing experience (which was just very unpleasant). Charlie promised me (even before we met), that he would make this a positive process and more importantly meet my budget needs. I had THE MOST POSITIVE experience that I have ever had at a car dealership and Charlie absolutely 100% followed through on his commitments! The entire staff that I met, including Rodrigo, were just great and friendly people. I am the proud owner of a 2012 Ford Focus, which is first and foremost, a reliable vehicle for me, it's an adorable car and my monthly payments are affordable. I did not sit in the dealership for hours and hours...I was in and out of there, with a brand new car in less than 2 hours!! And, it was a very - very pleasant and positive 2 hours. The sales rep answered all questions and went out of his way to learn about our vehicle that we ordered with a very infrequent configuration. He kept me apprised of the vehicle's production date and ETA for delivery. When the car was actually delivered, the dealership honored the trade-in value as promised 12 weeks earlier. Unlike our experience at other dealerships, the business manager did not attempt to sell us any unneeded extras. He merely fully explained the documents we had to sign and answered all our questions regarding extended warranties that we decided to purchase. A first class act all the way! More

The sales information provided and test drive of the vehicle was very professional. The 2003 Ford Explorer I purchased had been detailed and was flawless. I felt very comfortable in the dealership and the staff were friendly. The price could have gone down a bit more due to the high mileage of 124,000 on the vehicle. The Explorer had so many nice features I was willing to accept the final price. The sales person did work out a price that sealed the deal. I love the Explorer and will be going back to Maplecrest next time I'm looking to buy a car. More
