They play games - avoid this dealership Looking for a lease on a Chevy Trax. I am a previous customer. Called and asked for pricing. I got the line "you have to come in to get the best di Looking for a lease on a Chevy Trax. I am a previous customer. Called and asked for pricing. I got the line "you have to come in to get the best discounts" from the salesperson. This is a major red flag so I asked to talk to the sales manager. Was connected to "Don". He stated he could only give me a "general" price unless I came in. This is a complete scam. We live in an age where people don't have time to come in and be pressured in the dealership. This is why brokers are becoming popular. I would definitely stay away from this dealership. If they can't give you their best price over the phone why waste your time. PS - when I asked Don to transfer me to the general manager of the store, he hung up on me. Again, just shows you the people you are dealing with. More
